arhitekt / architect Marko Mušič Nova cerkev je sodobna interpretacija baročnega ideala sakralnih stavb z asimetrično postavljeno eliptično ladjo in z usločeno, med transparentna geometrična zarisa zvonikov razpeto fasado, ki vabi vernike k vstopu v svetišče. Posebno doživetje te cerkve je občutek sakralnosti in skrivnostne osvetlitve, kakršno vnašata zasteklitev visoke lanterne in stekleni prstan, ki simbolno ločuje obod ladje in njenega pokrivala. Cerkev je bila v vojnih spopadih porušena in požgana a jo obnavljajo. The new church is a contemporary interpretation of a baroque ideal of the sacral buildings stressed with its elliptical nave and with a curved front stretched between the transparent bell-towers that invites prayers to enter the sanctuary. A special experience of this church are a sentiment of sacredness and mysterious daylight that enters through a high lantern and a ribbon that symbolically separates the nave from its roof. In the war the church was demolished and burnt-out but is being restored. [ ǀ ] |
